International Entertainment Targets September Online Gaming Launch

International Entertainment Corporation is preparing to launch its online gaming business in the Philippines in late August or September 2026.

Its subsidiary New Coast Leisure Inc. will operate the platform under the required Philippine licences and approvals. Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated, a DigiPlus subsidiary, will provide gaming software, content, integration and technical support.

Under their cooperation agreement, NCLI will receive 3% of gross gaming revenue, while TGXI will receive 97%. The split will be calculated after deductions including PAGCOR payments, licence fees, taxes and other applicable charges.

The first stage of the launch will focus on electronic casino games. These will include RNG-based games, electronic table games and specialty titles approved by PAGCOR. Live dealer games will not be included in the initial rollout.

Electronic bingo, online poker and other games using remote gaming systems are expected to be introduced later.

The platform will only be available to players physically located in the Philippines. Foreign visitors will also be able to register while in the country, subject to identity verification, KYC and anti-money laundering checks.

International Entertainment said the first games are currently undergoing trial runs before commercial operations begin.
